Cancellation and Refund Policies
24-hour notice is required to cancel or rebook an appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

Because of the nature of the services provided (one-on-one coaching and digital products), refunds are not provided. Valerie Hertzog Wellness Inc. reserves the right to make exceptions due to unforeseen circumstances at their discretion.
